COURIER PARTNER

Shipping & Courier Partners: A shipping charge will be applied to all orders based on their size, weight, and shipping destination. At Meraki, we partner with reliable couriers such as Blue Dart, Speed Post (India), and utilize consolidators like Shiprocket, EshipZ on a case-by-case basis to ensure your orders are delivered promptly.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your goods are shipped. 

  • For Ribbons & Twines: Please Allow 1-2 working days to process your order.
  • For Cards/Tags: If the cards are in stock, we dispatch them within 1-2 working days. If they are to be made, please allow us sufficient time to make them specially for you. We shall get back to you with approximate shipping dates. 
  • For Hair Accessories: Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order.

International Shipping: For our international customers, we use trusted couriers to ensure efficient delivery. Please note:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
  • Customs Information: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. To prevent unexpected charges or delays, we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance before placing your order.

Delivery Time: The delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout:

  • Blue Dart: Typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Speed Post: Delivery times range from 3 to 15 days, particularly for remote locations.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary widely, typically ranging from 5 to 20 days depending on the destination.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number via email. You can simply Click on the link or copy the AWB number and track it through the shipping partner's website and know the status of your order.

 

MISSING PARCELS

We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being given at the time of placing an order. Email/Call us if your products do not arrive within the stipulated time and we'll get in touch with our courier company to help track down the package.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

The color of any ribbon, trim or any other product on this web site compared to the actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the product, and ribbon dye lot variations. Meraki is not responsible for colors not matching the intended use and does not accept returns on this basis.

The following can be returned or exchanged:

  1. Damaged or Defective Goods
  2. Incorrect Items.  

Used Products, as well as Products damaged by the buyer, will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Items cannot be refunded or replaced after 7 days from receipt of the products. Before taking the steps to return any items, please contact us on hello@merakiwraps.com to obtain proper authorization. Without our return authorization, we cannot refund or exchange.
