By placing an order during the sale, you agree to these terms along with our regular shipping, returns, cancellation and website policies.

1. Sale Prices

• Sale prices will be shown directly on the website. No coupon code is required.
• Discounts may vary by product. “Up to 40% off” does not mean every item is discounted by 40%.
• Sale prices cannot be combined with other discount codes, influencer codes, referral codes, loyalty discounts, prepaid discounts, wholesale pricing or any other offer unless we clearly say otherwise.
• The final price shown at checkout will apply.
• Prices cannot be changed after an order is placed.
• We do not offer refunds for price differences if an item becomes cheaper later.
• Adding an item to the cart does not reserve the item, stock or price.

2. Stock and Availability

• All sale items, gifts, bundles and mystery boxes are available only while stocks last.
• Products may sell out before the offer period ends.
• We are not required to restock sold-out sale items.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund for that item.

3. Free Hair Ties

• Every eligible order placed between July 22 and August 1 will receive one free set of five hair ties.
• Colors and designs will be selected according to availability.
• Free hair ties cannot be exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash.
• If the full order is cancelled or returned, the free gift must also be returned unused. Its value may be deducted from the refund if it is not returned.

4. July 22&23: Tiered Free Gifts

• Orders of ₹999 or more receive one free keychain.
• Orders of ₹1,999 or more receive one free bow-making kit.
• Eligibility is based on the product subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges.
• Free gifts are subject to availability.
• Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, customized or redeemed for cash.
• If part of the order is cancelled or returned and the remaining value falls below the qualifying amount, the gift must be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund.

5. From July 24 till 1^st Aug: Ribbon Bundles

• Selected ribbon bundles will be available at the sale price shown on the website.
• Bundle contents are fixed.
• Items inside a bundle cannot be changed, substituted or exchanged separately.
• Individual bundle items cannot be returned separately.
• If one item is damaged or incorrect, we may replace only that item or provide another suitable solution.

6. Mystery Boxes

• We thoughtfully curate each box to give you an exciting element of surprise, ensuring the total value of the items always meets or exceeds the price you pay. By purchasing, you embrace the mystery and accept that the final contents are part of the surprise.
• Mystery boxes are pre-packed and available in limited quantities.
• The contents are intentionally not disclosed.
• Colors, designs, styles and products will vary.
• Customer requests or preferences for mystery-box contents cannot be guaranteed.
• Mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of dislike, color preference, duplicate items or personal preference.
• Individual items inside a mystery box cannot be exchanged separately.
• This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged or defective

7. July 28&29: Free Ribbon Gift

• Every eligible order will receive two gift ribbons, approximately two yards each.
• Colors, widths and designs will be selected according to available stock.
• Specific ribbon requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Free ribbons cannot be exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash.

8. Store Credit Giveaway

• Ten customers will receive ₹500 Meraki Wraps store credit.
• Orders above ₹1,999 placed between July 22 and August 1 will qualify.
• Eligibility is based on the product subtotal after discounts and before shipping.
• Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent or returned orders will not qualify.
• Each qualifying order receives one entry unless stated otherwise.
• Winners will be selected fairly and announced or contacted through our official channels.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or applied to an earlier order.
• The validity and usage conditions will be shared with the winners.

9. Free Gifts and Promotional Items

• All gifts are subject to availability.
• We may replace an unavailable gift with another item of similar value.
• Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, another product or a discount.
• Minor differences in color, size, material, packaging or design are not considered defects.
• Unless clearly stated otherwise, only one of each applicable gift will be provided per order.
• Shipping, COD charges, taxes and other fees do not count towards minimum-spend offers.

10. Sale Returns and Exchanges

• Sale items, clearance items, bundles, mystery boxes, cut ribbons and complimentary products are final sale unless they are damaged, defective, missing or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, ordering the wrong product, no longer needing the item or finding a lower price later.
• Ribbons, trims or materials cut to a requested length cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
• PRE-Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, uncut and in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be based on the amount actually paid, not the original MRP.

11. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please report damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items within the period stated in our Returns Policy.

You will be asked to provide:

• your order number;
• clear photos of the parcel and products;
• photos showing the issue;
• the shipping label; and
• an unboxing video.

Please keep the packaging and affected items until the issue is resolved.

12. Orders and Cancellations

• Sale orders may be processed quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Orders cannot be changed after packing or dispatch.
• We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, the address is incomplete, an offer is misused or there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
• If we cancel a paid item, the amount paid for that item will be refunded.
• Cancelling or returning part of an order may affect gift, discount or giveaway eligibility.

13. Product Colors and Variations

• Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
• Handmade, printed, dyed or batch-produced products may have small differences in color, pattern, size, texture or finish.
• These minor variations are not considered defects.

14. Shipping

• Sale periods may result in longer processing and dispatch times.
• Delivery dates are estimates unless clearly confirmed otherwise.
• We are not responsible for courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
• Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and phone number.
• Re-shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery.

15. Errors and Misuse

• Obvious pricing, discount, stock or website errors may be corrected before dispatch.
• If an error affects your order, we may ask you to pay the correct amount or cancel and refund the affected item.
• We may cancel orders or remove promotional benefits where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, repeated account creation, promotion misuse, unauthorised resale or payment abuse.

16. Final Conditions

• Website offer details and these terms will take priority over social-media posts, Stories, messages or screenshots if there is a conflict.
• We may update these terms to correct an error, prevent misuse or comply with the law.
• Changes will not unfairly remove a benefit already earned through a confirmed order.
• Nothing in these terms removes any customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
