Shipping & Returns

Courier Partner

A Shipping charge will be added to all orders based on the size and weight of the order and the requested shipping address. Meraki uses various courier partners and post services to ensure that you always receive your order in the fastest possible time. We usually ship our packages via Blue Dart / Speed Post (India) we also use consolidators like Shiprocket on a case to case basis.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with your  tracking details once your goods are shipped. 

  • For Ribbons & Twines: Please Allow 1-2 working days to process your order.
  • For Cards/Tags: If the cards are in stock we usually dispatch them within 1-2 working days. If they are to be made please allow us sufficient time to make them specially for you. We shall get back to you with approximate shipping dates. 
  • For Hair Accessories: Please allow  1-2 working days to process your order.


Delivery Time

Delivery time is based on your location and mode of shipping opted at checkout. Please allow the stipulated number of working days shown at checkout to deliver your order. (please allow longer delivery time during peak season/holidays)


Tracking Your Orders

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number via email. You can simply Click on the link or copy the AWB number and track it through the shipping partner's website and know the status of your order.

Missing Parcels

We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being given at the time of placing an order. Email/Call us if your products do not arrive within the stipulated time and we'll get in touch with our courier company to help track down the package.



The colours of any ribbon, trim or any other product on this web site compared to the actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the product, and ribbon dye lot variations. Meraki is not responsible for colours not matching the intended use and does not accept returns on this basis.

Returns & Exchange

The following can be returned or exchanged :

  1. Damaged or Defective Goods
  2. Incorrect Items.  
Used Products, as well as Products damaged by the buyer, will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Items cannot be refunded or replaced after 7 days from receipt of the products. Before taking the steps to return any items, please contact us on to obtain proper authorisation.Without our return authorisation, We cannot refund or exchange.
